Fircroft, spécialiste du recrutement avec plus de 45 ans d’expérience dans les secteurs du pétrole et du gaz, de l’automobile et de l’énergie, recherche un Chargé(e) de recrutement en alternance.
Si les activités de l’entreprise sont tournés vers l’international avec un siège basée à Manchester en Angleterre, le poste est basé à Paris dans les locaux de Fircroft situés dans la Grande arche de la Défense.
La pratique de l’anglais est indispensable et la fiche de poste est donc rédigée en anglais. Les contours du poste sont les suivants :
Missions du Chargé(e) de recrutement :
Sourcing of candidates, searching on CV databases suitable candidates for current vacancies
Effectively and Efficiently recruit high quality, highly skilled candidates to convert vacancies for Fircroft clients
Develop a highly detailed understanding of the markets you operate in and each vacancy you are assigned to fill and the skill set required
Key operational recruitment tasks including but not limited to :
- talent pooling
- relationship management
- advertising and candidate attraction
- candidate qualification
- shortlisting
- Interviewing
- Offer Management
Profitability and margin management – includes holding the correct conversations with candidates – mindful of the required margin/mark-up, minimum pricing and overall commercial basis for the piece of work in question
Profil recherché :
Good level of education, fluent in both French and English
Compétences :
Key attributes/Skills : flexible, persistent, confident, Put Fircroft first, understand the value other can add, organised, honest, sense of urgency
Contrat en alternance :
Contrat d’apprentissage ou de professionnalisation suivant profil.
De préférence, l’entreprise recherche un/une alternant(e) dont le programme chez l’employeur est en semaine complète.
